Tasting Notes

Medium depth purple in color with impressively aromatic and perfumed notes of cranberry, raspberry, spices and violets. The palate reveals dark fleshy cherry fruits, anise, cool spices, and alluring violets that flow into peppercorn and herbaceous notes. This medium-weighted wine is very silky and refined with a tight framework of chalky tannins that exhibit its Eden Valley provenance. Fresh red fruits and mouth-watering acidity showcase the brightness and coolness of the high country terroir.
