From the biodynamic family estate of Sébastien Mann in the charming village of Eguisheim, this exceptional Crémant represents the harmony of three diverse terroirs at the foot of ancient castles. The family has been crafting wines since inheriting the land after WWII, with Sébastien joining in 2009 to bring passionate biodynamic viticulture to their 12.8 hectares. Recognized by the Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2021 as a 'coup de cœur' with two stars, propelling them to the ranks of 'Grands Domaines de référence'.
Tasting Notes
This sparkler displays vivacity, juiciness and orchard fruit ripeness with a sense of salty caramelized red apple richness. Aromatic notes of ripe yellow apple play on the nose, suggesting generosity and ripeness, while the palate delivers fine, creamy foam and vivid freshness. A hint of white pepper shimmers in the background, adding allure. Very fresh, light and crisp with plenty of herbal and lemon-zest freshness, finishing clean and lively without a trace of sharpness.
Pairs With
Fresh oysters, blanquette de veau with mushroom sauce, choucroute aux poissons, Indian samosas with sautéed spinach
