This organic wine undergoes five days of skin-contact maceration at cool temperatures, followed by six months on fine lees with weekly bâtonnage, creating a wine that breaks traditional boundaries while honoring the estate's commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.

Tasting Notes

A striking amber color with golden highlights hints at the wine's skin contact process. The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of orange peel, citrus zest, and tropical fruit, along with herbal freshness and underlying floral tones of chamomile and jasmine. Medium-bodied with a textured mouthfeel, flavors of ripe citrus, stone fruit, and honeycomb are balanced by slight nuttiness and savory herbal notes. Fresh on the palate with great citrus, fine tannic structure and a persistent, slightly salty finish.
