Five generations of the Moncuit family have perfected their craft in the Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger since 1889. Under fourth-generation winemaker Pierre Amillet, this estate produces some of Champagne's most precise and radiant Blanc de Blancs from exclusively Grand Cru Chardonnay. This is what happens when exceptional terroir meets generational expertise.
Tasting Notes
Luminous straw gold with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers ripe lemons, warm brioche, and honeycomb with subtle hints of wet chalk minerality. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied with beautiful definition, showing green apple, white peach, raw almond, and chamomile. The low dosage brings out striking inner sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish with notes of hazelnut and dried white flowers.
Pairs With
Fresh oysters, sashimi, roasted chicken with herbs, aged Comté cheese
