Tasting Notes

Beautiful coral pink color with a bright, fruit-filled nose loaded with delicate cherry and red currant notes. A delicate and dry rosé featuring aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, peach and pear backed by crisp, refreshing acidity. The fruitiness of the Zweigelt is braced by small additions of Cabernet Sauvignon and lifted by Pinot Noir. The wine has 4.8 g/l residual sugar balanced by bold acidity around 6 g/l.
