Tasting Notes

Intense lifted aromas of lemongrass, fresh blackcurrant buds, and ripe grapefruit leap from the glass. The palate introduces vibrant lime zest flavors with mouth-watering intensity, complemented by notes of gooseberry, passionfruit, and white peach. A touch of struck flint and mineral character adds complexity, while the wine finishes with remarkable textural weight and lingering citrus pith.
