This unusual white expression of Pinot Noir offers pretty stone fruit aromas of ripe peach and bright citrus notes of Meyer lemon and tangerine. Elegant and dry with bright acidity, the wine reveals intriguing layers of fig, pear, apricot, and ginger, complemented by delicate white flower notes. The refreshing palate maintains roundness from six months aging on the lees, creating a wine that balances richness with pristine freshness.
