Tasting Notes

A smoky blend of wild herbs, ground ginger and crushed raspberries smolders on the nose, with forest floor and evergreen tips meeting candied raspberries and white pepper. The palate is softly textured with cooling minerality and pure red berry fruits underscored by saline minerals. Bright strawberries, hints of black tea and clove carry through to a sweet cherry depth that extends the finish with zesty acidity and only lightly tannic structure.
