Tasting Notes

Bright straw-yellow in color with aromas of fire stone, orange blossom, and hazelnut. The palate is elegant and fresh, displaying graphite, pear, chamomile, sage and dried herbs with hints of aromatic herbs and white flowers in perfect harmony with vibrant acidity. Strong mineral and savory notes dominate while fruit takes a supporting role, leading to a clean, persistent finish.
