L'Atelier 'Une' Pet Nat Sparkling, Lolol, Chile

The Lurton family, legendary Bordeaux pioneers, discovered this special terroir in Lolol in 2000, combining seven local estates into a single biodynamic property. L'Atelier (the workshop) represents their experimental space for small-scale, ecological wines that challenge conventions and explore new oenological horizons. Made according to the ancestral method with just one fermentation in the bottle, this unique blend showcases estate-owned vineyards in the cool Lolol zone on the western side of the Colchagua Valley.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with persistent bubbles. Fresh white fruits such as apricot and white peach emerge on the nose, complemented by citrus notes of lime and Valencia orange. The Pinot Noir contributes notes of brioche and toast. The palate is round and unctuous, enhanced by constant contact with the lees, finishing with high acidity and bubbles that contribute to exceptional freshness. It's fruity and herbal, with rich acidity and reactive bubbles that prickle on the palate while refreshing.
