Jansz pays homage to Tasmania's Dutch explorer namesake Abel Janszoon Tasman, crafting premium sparkling wines since 1986 with original Champagne house Louis Roederer partnership expertise. Winemaker Jennifer Doyle harnesses Tasmania's pristine, cool-climate conditions - from the Pipers River to Coal River Valley - creating this traditional method rosé that showcases the pure, refined character of this island terroir.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon hue with fine, persistent bubbles displaying captivating aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, Turkish delight and fresh brioche. The palate shows creamy texture and richness with tart strawberry flavors, redcurrant, and subtle peach notes, complemented by chalky minerality and toasty undertones from lees aging. Finishes dry and refreshing with elegant vibrancy and a long, savoury conclusion.
