Tasting Notes

This Pouilly-Fumé presents a fresh and floral nose with refined aromas of ripe citrus, kiwi and eucalyptus, finishing with the appellation's typical persistent flinty character. Fresh, concentrated and elegant on the palate, displaying citrus and herbal aromas with distinctive mineral accents. The freshness of the fruit and crispness of the Sauvignon Blanc create a concentrated, elegant wine that lingers on the palate with a long, mineral finish. The wine exhibits notes of flint, elderflower, citrus, and green apple, lauded for its mineral complexity imparted from the famous silex (flint) soils.
