Located on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain with vineyards established on gravel soils, this estate combines three centuries of terroir history with modern precision. The Estate Reserve is Glenelly's signature blend, representing the perfect marriage of Old World elegance and New World fruit intensity.

Tasting Notes

Deep aromas of cassis and mulberry rise from the glass, complemented by notes of cedar and tobacco with the Cabernet Sauvignon forming the wine's structured core. On the palate, vibrant red and black cherries are enhanced by subtle black pepper from the Syrah component, while rich fruit flavors are layered with mocha, Christmas cake, sandalwood, and leather. The wine shows great concentration with gorgeous fine tannins and a Bordeaux-inspired style, displaying both power and elegance with a long, complex finish.
