Fluteau, Extra Brut Rose "Echo" NV Cote de Bars, Champagne, France

Founded in 1935, Champagne Fluteau is one of the pioneering wineries of the Côte des Bars. Today, the 9 hectares of vignes are run by Thierry Fluteau and his wife Jennifer, with their son Jeremy joining the adventure with a common ambition: producing high-flying champagnes that blend terroir and ancestral know-how. This family estate crafts distinctive champagnes that reflect their unique terroir in the southernmost part of Champagne.

Tasting Notes

A pleasant blend of Burlat cherries, vine peaches, pink peonies, raspberry jelly and blueberry jam. Tonic and thirst-quenching due to the slight vinosity of the pinot noir. A taste of sour cherry, wild raspberry and blood orange. The wine shows fine, creamy bubbles with expressive fruit and a refreshing finish.
