Located on unique marshland soils at 2,200 feet elevation, this certified organic vineyard practices minimal intervention winemaking with wild fermentations and no additives. The result is a collection of pure, expressive wines that showcase Mexico's emerging natural wine movement.

Tasting Notes

Very light in the glass with wild strawberry and herb garden aromatics. The palate reveals a light to medium-bodied wine that balances fresh, bright fruit with structured tannins and silky texture. Notes of raspberry fruit leather, tarry earth, and blood orange emerge, while delicate tannins provide backbone and bright acidity courses throughout. The finish is clean and persistent with excellent complexity.
