Thomas Ventoura took the reins in 2013, transforming the family's cooperative-bound fruit into estate-bottled expressions that showcase their eleven hectares across Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Premier Cru vineyards. His commitment to mostly organic methods and minimal intervention allows the authentic character of these ancient Jurassic soils to shine through.

Tasting Notes

Light and lively with well-balanced acidity that defines classic Petit Chablis character. White flower and citrus aromas lead into bright lemon, grapefruit and tart green apple flavors. This straightforward, super-fresh expression shows the clean mineral backbone typical of wines grown on Portlandian soils.
