This family domaine has been crafting Burgundy wines since 1955, with four generations of Rollins now tending vineyards across the Côte de Beaune. Founded by Maurice Rollin's father Raymond in Pernand-Vergelesses, the estate began bottling wines in 1955 and is now led by Simon Rollin, the fourth generation vigneron who joined in 2003. Their precise, light-touch style benefits from Pernand's cooler exposition, which enables slower maturation with gorgeous complexity and perfectly balanced acidity.

Tasting Notes

This 2021 displays fresh and fine character with intense red fruit aromas, while the palate shows acidity that balances well with the richness and natural concentration of this small crop. Expect energetic red cherry flavors with an ebullient floral bouquet. Aged in small barrels with no new oak to emphasize its fruitiness, this wine captures the essence of the Côte de Beaune. Already pleasant on the palate but can wait a few years in the cellar.
