Several generations have built one of the largest and greatest estates in the Jura, with the Domaine Maire & Fils now covering 234 hectares focused on key appellations. This single-vineyard Trousseau comes from the "Aux Ânes" (donkey) parcel, a carefully selected 4.96-hectare plot in the far north of their historic estate. The 30-year-old vines grow on clay and marl soils, producing a wine that exemplifies the authentic character of this native Jura variety.
