Elsa and Cédric Ehrhart established their domain in 2019 in an 18th-century building in historic Beaune that once belonged to Nicolas Rolin, founder of the Hospices de Beaune. The estate practices entirely organic farming and is in the process of biodynamic conversion since 2020. This wine comes from 55-year-old vines in the La Rave Nord climat on predominantly clay soils in Meloisey, conferring both intensity and elegance to this exceptional cuvée.

Tasting Notes

The wine displays a beautiful ruby color with well-married aromas of red fruits and spiced oak. On the palate, it is fruity, full, and fleshy with firm tannins. Additional notes reveal garnet hues with hints of cherry, strawberry, currant, pepper and mint. The wine is fresh and reasonably structured with characteristic minerality and sharp tannins.
