Château Haut-Segottes is a family treasure, owned by the remarkable Danielle Meunier, the fourth generation to lead this nine-hectare estate in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Neighboring the legendary Château Cheval Blanc, Madame Meunier's meticulous approach and organic viticulture produce wines of exceptional character and ageability. This is one of the few Saint-Émilions dominated by Cabernet Franc, showcasing the depth and elegance this noble variety can achieve.

The palate reveals concentrated black cherries and plums intertwined with earthy tobacco, black pepper, and hints of licorice and cocoa. Structured yet elegant with soft, finely-grained tannins and a long, meaty finish enhanced by subtle oak-derived spices. This wine exemplifies the classic Saint-Émilion character with serious aging potential.
