This sparkling wine celebrates the unique Prié Blanc grape, grown on ungrafted vines that have survived centuries of Alpine conditions where even phylloxera cannot survive. Made using the traditional method with second fermentation in bottle, it embodies the pristine purity and tenacious spirit of these extraordinary terraced vineyards.

Tasting Notes

Light straw yellow with greenish highlights and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with delicate notes of mountain herbs, wisteria, and lilac, suffused by clear aromas of flint and wet stone. On the palate, this sparkling wine is crisp and mineral-driven with lively notes of green apple, pear, and bitter almond, complemented by subtle hints of toasted brioche and a delicate hay aftertaste.
