Tasting Notes

A jeweled ruby hue leads to an expressive nose of wild raspberry, black cherry, and plum, beautifully interwoven with crushed violets, rose petals, and forest floor. Subtle notes of sandalwood, spiced tea, and exotic spice add complexity, while hints of truffle and damp earth provide depth. The palate is both powerful and refined, with velvety, well-integrated tannins and layers of bright red fruit—strawberry, blackberry, and redcurrant—complemented by savory undertones of dried herbs and a delicate minerality.
