Tasting Notes

Bright and elegant with a fine, persistent mousse and delicate creamy texture. The nose reveals enticing aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, Golden Delicious apple, and pear, complemented by white flowers, sea salt, and subtle brioche notes. On the palate, vibrant acidity frames flavors of stone fruit, lime zest, and tangerine peel, with a mineral-driven finish that shows limestone and chalky notes. The wine displays excellent balance between its zesty texture and mild textural richness.
