Tasting Notes

Ruby and nearly opaque in color with an enticing bouquet of blackberry pie, boysenberry jam, baked plums, strawberry and blueberry. Pronounced floral notes of violets and white pepper mingle with baking spices including clove. The palate reveals flavors of plum, blackberry, Persian mulberry and darker cherries. The juicy finish is anchored by white pepper notes and grainy tannins with light to moderate grip.
