The aromatic profile is complex and elegant with notes of flowers, acacia honey, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs, expressing slight hints of Muscat in its youth that testify to the semi-aromatic character of the vine. On the palate, it's driven by saline freshness which draws you into long and layered flavors of lemon, green bell pepper, and stone fruit in a mineral, rounded and polished style.
